Weight Management
Certified Obesity Educator services provide individualized, evidence-based weight management support focused on long-term health improvement—not quick fixes. Care includes comprehensive assessments, goal setting, nutrition and lifestyle counselling, behaviour-change strategies, and education around obesity as a chronic medical condition.
Programs are clinically supervised and may include medication education, metabolic health support, and coordination with other healthcare providers when appropriate. Each plan is tailored to the individual, taking into account medical history, medications, lifestyle factors, and personal goals.
